Women’s Entrepreneurship Day is every day!

Maxibit was there when Women’s Entrepreneurship Day 2019 – Stockholm was celebrated. Also known as WED. It was a day full of inspiration with the purpose to empower and support women entrepreneurs and increase the number of female innovators, entrepreneurs, founders and leaders. A day to help initiate startups by networking.

There were inspiring speakers such as Annie Lööf, Emma Wiklund, Michaela Berglund, Jeanna Tällberg, Caroline Mohr and many more. They were all sharing personal stories about female leadership and are all fantastic role models.

This was the 2^nd year WED was held in Stockholm and Maxibit sure was a big part of this great event. Beachflags and rollups met you in the entrance. Stage and Scene UltraLight provided great backdrops for photos and the Dj booth,  Scene modular was holding floor to ceiling drapes in place and on stage the brand new Lightbox LightScape debuted. You could say Maxibit was everywhere covered in pink!

The goals for this day were to:

– Promote gender equality in Sweden
– Give an opportunity to collaborate with other female leaders and entrepreneurs
– Develop your skills in entrepreneurship and leadership
– Get inspiration and be motivated to take action
– Get in touch with female networks
– Give yourself a full day of inspiration
– Networking with ready-made structures
