Important to know is that it is the country to which we deliver that determine if we add Swedish VAT or not. All orders delivered to Sweden is subject to Swedish VAT.
Inside the european Union (EU)
All prices on quotes are in in Euro (€) or SEK (kr) and is shown excluding the relevant VAT (value added tax). This applies to all countries within the European Union (EU). We need your validated VAT number in order for the price without VAT to be valid when shipped within the European Union. The prices shown on the date when the customer places its order are valid through the whole purchase process. However goods delivered to Sweden will have Swedish VAT of 25% on the invoice.
Outside the european Union (EU)
In most cases for deliveries outside the European Union (EU), any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Maxibit has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
What are the Terms & Conditions of your international shipping ?
International orders (shipped outside the Sweden) normally require 2-15 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status. For larger campaigns and facing major public holidays, delivery time may be increased by a few days. Working days means Monday to Friday. Items not in stock will be put on back order. Maxibit sell ExWorks doesn’t guarantee delivery date at your address. We set delivery date for when it leaves us.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping to destinations outside the Sweden might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses:
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. We sell ExWorks so shipping is not included, but we offer to help with UPS shipping. Shipping charges are then calculated when the order is packed and added when the order is shipped. Unless it’s an order with the payment terms Cash before delivery then we calculate cost for you, so that it will be on the order confirmation. The shipping fee in this case covers dispatch, handling and freight. Your order will be sent out mainly via UPS or the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. You may always use your own carrier.
