Our staff can access information about all customers through Visma and Grafukalk (business systems). Sellers and administrative staff have access to our CRM tool Lime. The programs are password protected and are used only internally. The data is stored encrypted on servers in our premises and protected with firewalls.

For our newsletters, campaigns, etc., our (Apsis programthat we use for newsletters) includes names, company names and email addresses imported from our CRM. The information is available through a password-protected account. Only the marketing manager has access to the information.
The information is continuously updated and old contact information is cleared. You can always refuse to receive further neewsletters by unsubscribing. Each newsletter contains a link for unregistering. Maxibit / Screenbolaget does not share personal information with third parties.
